Country Club Historic District is located in Omaha, Nebraska from 50th to 56th Streets, from Corby to Seward Streets. With dozens of homes built between 1927 and 1949 in the late 19th and 20th Century Tudor Revival styles, the community was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. In 2026, our neighborhood turns 100, and we’re looking forward to celebrating together. In 1857, Albert Steuart transferred the land to Geo. A. Graves. Graves later transferred an undivided half to Walter Craig and another undivided half to the group of Wm. The Omaha Country Club was founded September 30, 1889, with articles of incorporation filed June 18, 1900. The owners were noted as WH McCord, Arthur P. Guiou, Chas. T. Kountze and 97 others.
