  • Annual Luminary Lighting

    Saturday, December 12, 2026*
The annual luminary event is a beautiful Country Club neighborhood tradition. Collectively, thousands of luminaries create a stunning, yet serene affect. With the luminaries highlighting the walkways and holiday lighting on the distinctive architecture, this event draws people from all over the area. Driving or walking the neighborhood is a fun way to experience the tranquil evening with other neighbors and residents. Luminary order forms are distributed near the time of the event.

*if weather inclement, event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 13th.

  • Halloween Spooktacular

    Saturday, October 31, 2026
The Country Club Historic District is a very popular place on Halloween. If you’ve not yet experienced a Country Club Halloween, you could be in for a scare (if you’re not prepared). The neighborhood comes alive with Trick-or-Treaters, so ensure you have plenty of candy if you wish to participate. It’s not unusual to have 400 visitors. Afterwards, join us for an adults-only, ‘HALLOWEEN HAPPY HOUR” details shared closer to event.

  • Fall Clean Up

    TBD
Country Club Historic District will join the City of Omaha and Keep Omaha Beautiful for the annual fall clean up. This is an opportunity to rid your household of unsightly items and any items that won’t fit in the weekly curbside pick-ups. Volunteers are needed!! Watch upcoming newsletters for more info!

  • Labor Day Picnic

    Sunday, September 13th
For many years, our neighborhood picnic has traditionally taken place over Labor Day weekend. But as part of our 100-year celebration, we’re trying something new this year by hosting the event later in September so more neighbors can join the fun. Keep an eye out for a postcard arriving in August with location, timing, and additional details. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
